By booking your hotel stay at the conference hotel, you help RSES keep the costs of the conference registrations down. The Hyatt is connected to the convention center and a short walk from the hotel. RSES has reserved a block of guest rooms at the following conference hotel:

Reservations:
To ensure the group rate, conference guests are required to either call or make reservations online using the link below.
Remember, mention group name “Refrigeration Service Engineer Society (RSES)” and group code “G-RSES” when making reservations by phone.

Guest room rates are:
Single/Double : $179/night, plus applicable taxes*
*Hotel taxes and fees are currently 17%.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
The room block will be released at 12 midnight on Sunday, Sept. 8, 2019.
Parking: There are several parking options around, including the valet offered which is $35.00 for a day pass, and $45.00 for overnight. As well as self-parking and hourly parking.

Transportation Information:
The hotel is about a 15 minute ride from the airport and there are a few options to get to the hotel and back to the airport at the end of the show. More information will be posted here as it becomes available. Rental cars are available at the airport.
Car Service:
Taxi: Several taxi options are available from the airport to the hotel and typically run about $30.
Uber/Lyft: This option will typically also run around $30 and is an easy way to procure transport throughout the city. A phone app is required to utilize this option (either Uber or Lyft).
